1. Warranty on Repairs

We offer warranties to give you peace of mind:

  • Laptop Hinges: 2-year warranty.

  • Logicboard (Mac) & Motherboard (Laptop): 1-month warranty, may extend up to 3 months based on repair quality.

  • Other Parts: Most parts have no dealer warranty; limited coverage may be offered.

  • Screens (Laptop & Mac): No warranty due to high cost. For Mac screens, we show a working device before payment.

  • Dealer Parts: Short checking warranties (3–15 days) are passed on as-is.

2. Advance Payments for High-Value Parts

For expensive components, including Mac screens, advance payment or partial deposit may be required. We sometimes cover part of the cost ourselves to safely collect parts from dealers.

  • Advance or partial payment may be needed.

  • Payment collected after verification of working device (video or screenshot).

  • Helps ensure safe handling of high-cost parts.

3. General Terms

  • Warranties cover labor only unless stated otherwise.

  • Accidental damage, liquid spills, or misuse are not covered.

  • Repairs are performed by experienced technicians using quality parts.

  • Customers must handle devices properly after repair.
